Infusion Therapy Medications for Rheumatological & Bone related Conditions

Rheumatic diseases and many autoimmune diseases require infusions as an advanced treatment and are recommended by rheumatologists. Following are the drugs used in the treatment of rheumatic diseases.

Benlysta

The efficacy of BENLYSTA has not been evaluated in patients with severe active lupus nephritis or severe active central nervous system lupus. It is approved for the treatment of adult and child patients with active, autoantibody-positive systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).

Rituxan

RITUXAN is used to treat certain types of cancer (such as non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia). It works by slowing or stopping the growth of cancer cells. Rituximab is used to treat rheumatoid arthritis and can decrease joint pain and swelling.

Remicade

REMICADE medication is used to treat certain types of arthritis (rheumatoid arthritis, arthritis of the spine, psoriatic arthritis), certain bowel diseases (Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis), and certain types of severe skin diseases (chronic plaque psoriasis).

IVIG

IVIG therapy can help people with weakened immune systems or other diseases fight off infections.

Orencia

ORENCIA is a prescription medicine that reduces signs and symptoms in adults with moderate to severe RA, including those who have not been helped enough by other medicines for RA. It may prevent further damage to your bones and joints and may help your ability to perform daily activities.
